Healthy Weighs Class

Life-long weight management means making the right choices. Success depends on knowing how to balance healthy food choices and physical activity.

We are offering a 10 week course, Healthy Weighs. In this course, you will learn about yourself, why you make the choices you do, and how you can modify your life to weigh less, be more active, and live longer.

Healthy Weighs Course

Date:  Wednesday, October 3, for 10 consecutive weeks
Time: 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Location: Washington University and Barnes-Jewish Hospital Heart & Vascular Center located at Medical Office Building #3, 1020 N. Mason Rd., Creve Coeur, MO 63141

To learn if the course is right for you, attend our free, informational session on September 19 at 5:30 p.m. at the Heart & Vascular Center.

People with certain medical conditions may be qualified under their health insurance. Please consult with your insurance provider for discounted rates. The registration fee for the 10 week course is $380.
